Final high-school football playoff spots are nailed down

Here are the results from the play-in games last night.

4A

Federal Way knocked off Gig Harbor, 35-21.

The Eagles now travel to Skyview (7-2) on Saturday. The game will be played at Kiggins Bowl in Vancouver at 7 p.m.

As I mentioned yesterday, Ferris won the three-way playoff with Gonzaga Prep and University and will play at Wenatchee on Friday at 7 p.m.

3A

Everett defeated Sedro-Woolley, 41-6.

The Seagulls now get to play the second-ranked Lakes Lancers (9-0) on Saturday at 7 p.m. at Harry Lang Stadium.

That does sound weird, because as I understand it games are to be played on Saturday unless both teams agree to go friday. Friday "might"...  Posted on November 4, 2009 at 12:11 PM by SC1. Jump to comment
