State Athletes of the Week for Feb. 5-11, selected by the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association from nominations by athletic directors.

Class 4A
Edward Kim, Eastlake swimming: Kim, a sophomore, won Sea-King District championships with meet-record times in the 200-yard freestyle (1:41.11) and 100 backstroke (51.01).
Nicole Moss, Heritage gymnastics: Moss, a freshman, won the all-around with a score of 36.375 at the regional meet, posting scores of 9.225 on vault, 9.0 on bars and 9.0 on floor.
Class 3A
Thane Maudslien, Kennedy Catholic swimming: Maudslien, a senior, set meet records in the 200 free (1:43.64) and 100 butterfly (50.55) to help Kennedy repeat as West Central District champion.
K.C. Moulden, Enumclaw wrestling: Moulden, a freshman, pinned her opponent in 26 seconds for a regional championship in the 265-pound weight class.
Class 2A
Brock VandenEkart, Sultan basketball: VandenEkart, a junior, had 19 points and 13 rebounds to help beat Burlington-Edison 64-61, and followed with 21 points and 11 boards in a loss to Lynden. That gave him 11 straight double-doubles.
Mikaela Kilcup, White River wrestling: Kilcup, a senior, was the subregional and regional champion, staying undefeated this season at 170 pounds.
Class 1A
Calin Washington, Seattle Academy basketball: Washington, a junior, scored a career-high 30 points in leading the Cardinals to 77-76 triple-overtime victory over Meridian in the tri-district tournament. He also had 12 assists, five rebounds and three steals in the game. In three games, he averaged 19 points, seven assists, 4.6 rebounds and two steals.
Katie Collier, Seattle Christian basketball: Collier, a senior, scored 21 points against Orting to become the school's all-time leading scorer and help them finish tied for first place in the Nisqually League. She followed with 20 points, 14 rebounds and six assists in an overtime loss to Cascade Christian, then opened the tri-district tournament with 19 points, 12 rebounds and seven blocks against Northwest School.
Class 2B
Brooks Drollinger, Shoreline Christian basketball: Drollinger, a senior, put up 32 points, five rebounds and four assists in a come-from-behind district-tournament victory over Chief Leschi. He was 8 for 8 on free throws in the fourth quarter and 13 for 15 overall.
Kendall Engelstone, Bear Creek basketball: Engelstone, a senior, had 21 points, 12 rebounds and two steals in a bi-district tournament win, going 5 of 6 at the free-throw line and shooting 62 percent from the field.
Class 1B
Justin Chantry, Selkirk wrestling: Chantry, a freshman, won the Eastern Regional championship with two pins at the 106-pound weight class.
Yewon Kang, Christian Faith basketball: Kang, a sophomore, had 35 points, 10 steals and seven assists to help her team finish with a three-game win streak to close Sea-Tac League play.
