Shorecrest and Glacier Peak will play for the Northwest 3A District championship and a spot in the Class 3A girls basketball regionals after both schools posted district semifinal wins Saturday.
Katie Hawkins scored 22 points as Glacier Peak topped Lynnwood 46-36 at Lynnwood.
At Shorecrest, Brianne Lasconia scored 14 and Janie Uppinghouse 13 in the Scots' 42-39 win over Meadowdale. Shorecrest (18-5) has won five in a row.
The Grizzlies and Scots will meet on Feb. 18 at Lynnwood High School for the district's No. 1 seed to regionals. The loser must play a loser-out, winner-to-regionals game on Feb. 21.
Shorecrest has beaten Glacier Peak (17-5) twice this season.
Sea-King 3A District
Bainbridge, Lakeside, Seattle Prep and Juanita survived loser-out, first-round games in the district tournament to advance to Tuesday's quarterfinals.
Bainbridge beat Lake Washington 38-35 and faces fifth-ranked Cleveland on Tuesday.
Lakeside eliminated Bishop Blanchet 45-31 and will play Bellevue Tuesday.
Seventh-ranked Seattle Prep knocked out Nathan Hale 48-21 to earn a Tuesday date with Liberty.
Juanita got past Holy Names 51-49 and meets Metro champion Franklin on Tuesday.
