Defending state champion Josh Mitchell barely worked up a sweat while helping Mount Si win the KingCo 3A boys wrestling team championship Saturday at Liberty High School.
Mitchell, a 6-foot-3, 265-pound all-state lineman who signed a football letter of intent with Oregon State on Wednesday, finished off a pair of pins in 42 and 38 seconds to win the 285-pound title.
Ryley Absher (120) and Mitch Rorem (195) also won their weight classes as Mount Si (214.5 points) edged runner-up Mercer Island (209) and Bellevue (203.5) for the team crown.
Bellevue and Liberty each had four individual champs.
Liberty's Hamilton Noel, state runner-up last year at 152, won his final with a 47-second pin after advancing with a pin and a 14-1 major decision.
