Chase Bublitz

Kentridge boys swimming

Bublitz, a sophomore, swept his two individual events and was on the Chargers' winning 400-yard freestyle relay, helping them place second in the SPSL 4A championships. He won the 50 free (21.62 seconds) and 100 free 48.04).

Aika Mitchell

Lakeside girls wrestling

Mitchell, a senior, won the 118-pound championship at the Lady Wolfpack Invitational, which involved nearly 50 teams. After pinning her first two opponents, she earned a 7-4 decision in the semifinals, then won the title with a 12-1 major decision.

Lynnwood girls basketball team

The Royals, coached by Everett Edwards, swept three games — including a 62-45 victory over Shorecrest, then ranked No. 10 — to extend their win streak to seven and take sole possession of first place in WesCo 3A.
