State Athletes of the Week, selected from nominations by athletic directors, for Nov. 1-6.

Class 4A
Braden Foley, Bothell football: The Cougars' senior quarterback had 209 yards and four touchdowns on 8-of-10 passing in a 42-21 victory over Union.
Riley Sorenson, Issaquah volleyball: Sorenson, a senior, compiled 119 assists, 10 digs and four aces in three games to lead her team to the KingCo tournament championship.
Class 3A
Joey Mangialardi, Bellevue football: Mangialardi, a senior, scored on runs of 10, 32 and 30 yards and had 136 yards on only six carries in the Wolverines' 54-7 win over Bainbridge.
Dana Michaels, Shorewood swimming: Michaels, a senior, helped her team to a district title, setting a meet record while winning the 200-yard freestyle (1:53.83) and winning the 500 free. She also anchored record-setting relays in the 200 free (1:40.80, a school record) and 400 free (3:41.65, a district record).
Class 2A
Jordan Todd, Interlake football: The Saints junior had 279 yards on 24 carries and scored seven TDs in a 54-35 playoff win over Clover Park, 54-35.
Sarah Reiter, Lindbergh cross country: Reiter, a junior, won the state championship by 24 seconds, finishing 3.1 miles in 18:03.
Class 1A
Habtamu Rubio, Port Townsend cross country: Rubio, a senior, placed third overall to lead his team to the state title.
Maddie Meyers, Northwest cross country: Meyers, a junior, won her third straight state title by nearly two minutes, finishing 3.1 miles in 17:34 at Sun Willows GC in Pasco.

Class 2B
Justin Holden, NW Christian (Lacey) cross country: Holden, a senior, won the state 2B/1B title and helped his team place third.
Sierra Speiker, Oroville cross country: The Hornets freshman won the state championship, leading her team to fourth place.
Class 1B
Steve Eacker, Colton football: Eacker, a senior, had 14 receptions for 305 yards and recovered a fumble in a 38-32 loss to Garfield-Palouse.
Erin Sprowls, King's Way Christian volleyball: The sophomore had 31 kills, five blocks and two assists to power her team to a district title.
The WIAA/Seattle Times State Athletes of the Week are selected by the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association and The Seattle Times from nominations by athletic directors around the state.
