Class 4A
Garrett Grayson, Heritage football: Grayson broke a Greater St. Helens League record with 513 total yards in a 43-37 win over Battle Ground. He passed for 327 yards and four touchdowns and ran for 186 yards and a score.
Heather Worley, Southridge volleyball: Worley had a combined 37 kills and 36 digs in matches against Walla Walla and Wenatchee.
Class 3A
Michael Acode, Mount Vernon football: Acode's six touchdowns led the Bulldogs to a 56-41 win over Bellingham. He ran for a score and had 12 receptions for 214 yards and four TDs. His sixth TD came on a 45-yard interception return.
Lexi Morton, Auburn Mountainview volleyball: Morton totaled 31 kills and 10 blocks in victories over Timberline and Enumclaw.
Class 2A
Dakota Parker, W.F. West cross country: Parker won the 28-team Chehalis Bearcat Invitational by 25 seconds, running 5 kilometers in 15 minutes, 49 seconds. His team finished second.
Cami King, Squalicum swimming: The Storm sophomore swam three state-qualifying times in a meet against Sedro-Woolley and Anacortes.
Class 1A
Braden Cordes, Orting football: Cordes rushed for 279 yards and four touchdowns and caught a pass for 55 yards and another TD in a 34-14 win over Cedar Park Christian.
Samantha Gordon, Onalaska volleyball: Gordon had 41 assists, 18 kills, 29 digs, six solo blocks and six aces in wins against Tenino and Forks.

Class 2B
Shane Titherington, Ocosta football: Titherington carried 25 times for 109 yards, had five solo tackles, one assisted tackle and two sacks, and kicked the winning 23-yard field goal in a 24-22 victory over Raymond.
Miranda Glenn, Liberty Bell soccer: Glenn scored 11 goals in three matches — four each against Oroville and Tonasket, and three against Bridgeport.
Class 1B
Easton Crossley, Odessa football: Crossley scored all seven touchdowns in a 48-14 victory over Curlew. He had 331 total yards (141 rushing, 190 receiving), intercepted two passes and recovered a fumble.
Chantelle Meeks, North Sound Christian volleyball: Meeks collected 11 aces, seven digs and 35 kills in two matches.
The WIAA/Seattle Times State Athletes of the Week are selected by the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association and The Seattle Times from nominations by athletic directors around the state.
