A week after suffering its first Metro League loss in 22 games, O'Dea got back on track with a 35-6 Mountain Division win against host Bishop Blanchet Saturday Night.
West Seattle of the Sound Division beat O'Dea last week for the first time since 1981.
Five different players scored Saturday for the Irish (3-1, 1-0 Metro Sound), but Chandler Gayton's 24-yard touchdown pass from Gabe Lee got the Irish on the board in the first quarter.
Fullback Zach Fogerson, a Huskies recruit, was back in the lineup after missing last week's game against West Seattle with an ankle injury. The junior scored on a 3-yard run in the first quarter as the Irish took an early 14-0 lead.
Anthony Espinoza, William Aksnes-Shanks and Keenan Forch each added touchdown runs for O'Dea. Senior running back Rodney Stokes had 123 yards rushing on 13 carries.
Bishop Blanchet (1-3, 0-1) didn't get on the board until the fourth quarter when Cameron Cutter ran for a 9-yard touchdown. He finished with 163 yards rushing on 19 carriers.

At Federal Way Memorial Stadium, the Vikings erupted for 31 points in the second quarter in the SPSL 4A South Division victory to put the game away early. Senior Charlie Gilmur scored two of his three rushing touchdowns in the quarter and finished with 87 yards on 13 carries. Vikings senior Carter Hersey rushed for two touchdowns and had a 20-yard interception return on defense. Jason Walker and Cornelius Edison each had four sacks for Curtis (3-1, 3-1 SPSL). Decatur (0-4, 0-4) scored on a 30-yard interception return by Parker Herbert and a 95-yard kickoff return by Paris Jackson.
Concrete 27, Seattle Lutheran 0
At West Seattle Stadium, Concrete's Derek Rice scored all four touchdowns in the nonleague win, handing the Saints (3-1) their first loss of the season. The 5-foot-9, 155-pound senior finished with 143 yards rushing on 14 carries.
Notes
• Jackson High School finished with a combined time of 82:05 and placed second in the seeded race at the Stanford Invitational cross-country meet on the university golf course. Seattle Prep finished fourth with a time of 82:12.
Junior Conner Peloquin of Gig Harbor finished fourth in the Boys Division I 5K seeded race with a time of 15:39. Drew O'Donoghue-McDonald, a junior from Seattle Prep, finished 11th at 15:59. Seattle Prep teammate Charlie McDonald finished 19th at 16:14. Ben Lance led Jackson and finished 14th at 16:02.
