Prep roundup | Jordan doubles; Inglemoor earns bi-district team titles
Stephone Jordan of Garfield shook off injuries to win both boys hurdles events, and Inglemoor swept to both team titles at the KingCo/Greateer St. Helens 4A bi-district track and field meet.

VANCOUVER — So much for Stephone Jordan of Garfield limping into the state meet.
The senior shook off injuries to double in boys hurdles at the KingCo/Greater St. Helens 4A bi-district track and field meet at McKenzie Stadium in Vancouver.
Inglemoor beat runner-up Redmond for both team titles. The boys won 88-74 and the girls 104-78.
Jordan, slowed by a stress fracture and two hamstring strains that forced him to take a standing start, nearly improved his state best in the 110-meter high hurdles, missing by one hundedth of a second in 14.56. He also won the 300 hurdles in 38.39, improving his 4A state best.
The 4A and 3A state meets are Friday and Saturday in Pasco.
For the girls, Bianca Greene of Garfield (100, 200) and Jasmine Jones of Franklin (hurdles) were double winners Saturday. Sarah Lord of Redmond won the 1,600 Saturday in 5 minutes, 09.81 seconds after winning the 3,200 Friday.
Other track and field
Beamer win 4A boys title
Devin St. Clair of Kentwood won both sprints, but Beamer edged Kentwood 65.5-50 for the boys team titles at the West Central 4A District meet at Mount Tahoma. Marty Fuller (shot put) was the only individual winner for Beamer, but the Federal Way school also won the 400 relay.
Cochran, Jacka lead Bellarmine Prep girls
Nicole Cochran and Kelly Jacka of Bellarmine Prep were triple winners as the Lions ran away with the West Central 4A District girls title. Cochran swept the 800, 1,600 and 3,200, setting a state best of 10:41.36 in the 3,200. Jacka won the 100, 200 and 400. Andrea Geubelle of Curtis won the long jump and triple jump.
Jones leads Enumclaw girls

Stephanie Jones won three events as Enumclaw won the the West Central 3A District girls team title 73-61 over Renton. Jones won the triple jump, and both hurdles. Enumclaw's Mileka Grager won the javelin.
Prentice doubles for Mount Rainier
Ryan Prentice won the 1,600 and 3,200, and Michael Miller won the 800 as Mount Rainier swept the middle- and long-distance events at the West Central 3A boys. Kinsley Ojukwu of Union of Vancouer won the triple jump, 100 and 200. Gante Price took both hurdles as Lakes won the team title. Robert Cramer of Camas won the high jump and long jump, and his 22-8 ¾ mark in the latter event was No. 3 in the state entering the week. Andrey Levkiv of Renton beat Conner Larned of Enumclaw in the shot, 56-5 ¼ to 54-9 ¾, but Larned took the discus in 166-3.
King's sweeps Tri-District 1A titles
Host King's swept both team titles at the Tri-District 1A meet. Olivia Thomas of King's of Shoreline won the girls 800 and 1,600, and the Knights won the 1,600 relay. Terra Oldham of Bellevue Christian, Anna Fast of Meridian and Li Murphy of Annie Wright of Tacoma also were double winners.
For the King's boys, Victor Swanson (discus), Tony Yakovich (triple jump) and Austin Dean (300 hurdles) each won individual titles for the Knights, who also won both relays. Kyle King of Coupeville won the 1,600 and 3,200, and Zach Keene of Cedar Park Christian in Bothell won the 100 and 200.
North Sound Christian wins 1B
North Sound Christian of Mountlake Terrace won the Tri-District 1B girls team title behind triple winner Myisha Valentine (100, 200 and 400). Lopez Island won the boys championship, with Jordan Haber sweeping both hurdles. Scott Laes of Clallam Bay won all three throws.
KingCo 4A/Greater St. Helens fastpitch playoff
Redmond 12, at Evergreen 8 (loser out, winner to state)
In Vancouver, Redmond qualified for the fastpitch state tournament for the first time, scoring seven runs in the top of the seventh inning. Maria Reisinger went 4 for 5 with three doubles and four RBI for the Mustangs (17-10), the No. 3 representative from the KingCo 4A Conference. Woodinville and Eastlake previously qualified for state from KingCo.
Northwest 4A District fastpitch
Marysville-Pilchuck 4, Jackson 2 (1st-2nd, both to state)
At Sky River Park in Monroe, the Tomahawks, the No. 3 seed from the WesCo North, capped a surprising run to the district championship with a victory over the Timberwolves. Marysville-Pilchuck (13-7) will take a seven-game win streak to state.
Monroe 1, Mountlake Terrace 0 (winner to state, loser out)
Jordan Birch struck out 13 and walked one in a two-hitter to get the Bearcats (20-3) to state and send the Hawks (18-7) home. Tessa Degel drove in the only run in the third inning. Kori Seidlitz of Terrace allowed only four hits.
Northwest 3A District fastpitch
Everett 6, Mount Vernon 2 (1st, winner to state)
In Sedro-Woolley, Cory Mattson tossed a three-hitter and fanned 10, and Ally Pappas went 3 for 4 with a double to help the Seagulls (18-4) take the district championship in a winner-to-state game.
Sedro-Woolley 1, Arlington 0, 9 innings (loser out)
Sarah Moquin broke up Arlington pitcher Christina Rayner's no-hitter in the bottom of the ninth, driving in the tiebreaking run with the Cubs' only hit, a one-out single. Rayner was phenomenal, striking out 21 and walking one. Winning pitcher Bailey Brewer was almost as good, tossing a three-hit shutout with 15 strikeouts.
Northwest 2A District fastpitch
Cedarcrest 5, Archbishop Murphy 0 (winner to state, loser out)
Hillary Barker fired a one-hitter, striking out 14 with no walks to power the Red Wolves to state and end the season for Archbishop Murphy (15-8). Sara Houser drove in two runs for Cedarcrest.
Cedarcrest 7, Sehome 2 (3rd-4th, both to state)
In Sedro-Woolley, Barker went 4 for 4 as Cedarcrest (21-2) claimed the district's No. 3 seed to state.
