SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. — Reggie Moore had a double-double as Rainier Beach rolled into the championship game of the Mission Prep Christmas Classic Friday night with a 61-47 boys basketball victory over Sagemont of Weston, Fla.
The Vikings (7-1), ranked No. 1 in the state in Class 3A, will play Richwood of Monroe, La., in the tournament title game at 8:30 tonight.
Moore, a 6-foot senior guard, had 13 points and 12 assists a day after he had 13 assists in Beach's 86-44 first-round rout of Horizon of San Diego.
Mike Ladd added 16 points, Aaron Dotson scored 13 and 6-foot-6 Nyandigisi Moikobu had 11 points and 16 rebounds for the Vikings.

Roosevelt 69
At the Mission Prep Christmas Classic, 6-6 guard Demar DeRozan, a USC signee, scored 37 points and Compton escaped with a win when Roosevelt missed a three-pointer in the final seconds. Edgar Garibay, a 6-10 senior with offers from Washington, Washington State and Louisville, added 25 points for Compton. Amin Tufa led the Roughriders (7-2), ranked fifth in Class 4A, with 25.
Bellevue 65, St. Bernard (Playa del Rey, Calif.) 52
At the Maui Christmas Classic in Lahaina, the Wolverines used a 20-6 first-half run to take command in a semifinal victory. Aaron Bright scored 25 points and Colton Christian (15 points, 11 rebounds) and Matt Olson (10 points, eight rebounds) controlled the boards for the Wolverines (7-1), ranked ninth in 3A. They play Friendship Collegiate Academy of Washington, D.C., tonight for the championship.

In the Oregon-Washington Challenge at Jefferson of Portland, 6-5 freshman Tony Wroten had 27 points, 21 rebounds and five assists for the Bulldogs (6-2), who survived nine three-pointers by the Quakers. Garfield plays Jefferson, ranked No. 2 in Oregon's Class 5A, tonight.
Decatur 69, at Rogers 58
Marcus Tibbs of the No. 3 Gators (9-0) scored 14 of his 22 points in the fourth quarter, including a pair of three-pointers in the first two minutes of the period to break open the nonleague game. Tibbs also had five assists and three steals. Darious Walker added 16 points and Michael Hale 14 for Decatur. C.J. Shula led Rogers with 18.

Shorecrest 42
The Mavericks (6-1, 3-1), ranked No. 10 in Class 3A, secured a WesCo South win with a 25-point fourth quarter. Matt Gorman got 10 of his 16 points in the final period for Meadowdale. Shorecrest's Mark Golike scored a game-high 23.
Seattle Prep 69, Bainbridge 51
Jack Hanley scored 15 and the seventh-ranked Panthers (3-4, 3-3) pulled away late against the Spartans (4-2, 4-2) in a Metro League Mountain Division game.

• Renado Parker had 28 points and 10 rebounds in Kentridge's 74-63 win over Foss.
• Cleveland's Cartiea French-Toney had a double-double (22 points, 10 assists) in a 70-66 win over Chief Sealth.
• Malcholm Love's 21 points and 10 rebounds led West Seattle past Nathan Hale 54-40.
