Auburn Riverside's Mercedes Wetmore earns Times' State Player of Year | Girls basketball

Mercedes Wetmore, a 5-foot-8 guard who will play at Washington next season, keyed the Ravens' 29-0 campaign and earned an array of honors that include tournament MVP and Gatorade state Player of the Year. She also is the Times' state player of the year.
