Fit & Fun: Free games are breakfast dessert at West Seattle Bowl
The folks at West Seattle Bowl have come up with a creative way to fill a Saturday-morning void — breakfast bowling. Each breakfast entree ordered in West Seattle Bowl's Highstrike Grill qualifies the customer for two free games (three free games if he or she dines in the restaurant instead of the bowling area).

Each year, bowling ranks at the top of all participatory adult sports in the U.S. Yet bowling alleys always must hustle to draw customers whether through leagues, tournaments, or through the laser beams and disco music of cosmic-bowling nights.
The folks at West Seattle Bowl, 4505 39th Ave. S.W., have come up with a creative way to fill a Saturday-morning void — breakfast bowling.
Each breakfast entree ordered in West Seattle Bowl's Highstrike Grill qualifies the customer for two free games (three free games if he or she dines in the restaurant instead of the bowling area).
"We've wanted to do this for about 10 years," says West Seattle Bowl co-owner Andrew Carl. "But we didn't get it going until about a year ago, and it's been going great, just on word-of-mouth."
Doors open at 9 a.m. on Saturday and all free breakfast games must be started no later than 2 p.m. Check out the menu at www.highstrikegrill.com/menu
