To celebrate the 45th anniversary of the Beatles' first trip to Seattle, the Edgewater Hotel has planned a night of Fab Four-themed events, including a special food and drinks menu featuring concoctions like the "Nowhere Manhattan" and "Yellow Sub-Martini." Don't be surprised if your meal at the hotel's restaurant Six Seven is served by a waiter sporting a Sgt. Pepper costume, either.
The festivities, including a Beatles look-alike contest and music from Beatles cover band Creme Tangerine, start at 9 tonight in the hotel lounge. Prizes for the look-alike contest include a one-night stay in the hotel's Beatles Suite, where John, Paul, George and Ringo rested after their hard day's night.
