Recipe: Cilantro Sour Cream

Makes 1 cup

1 cup sour cream

8 sprigs fresh cilantro, finely chopped

2 tablespoons buttermilk

Pinch salt

Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk together until smooth. Serve with Tempura Vegetables.
