Tutta Bella, which has made a name for itself in Wallingford and Columbia City (www.tuttabella.com) is bringing its Neapolitan-style pizzeria to the ever-growing South Lake Union area. The restaurant will open this fall at 2200 Westlake, the Denny Way and Westlake Avenue building that's home to Whole Foods Market, Marazul restaurant, Koots Green Tea and the Pan Pacific Hotel. The 100-seat spot will have a wine bar, Space Needle views and a Neapolitan espresso bar open from 6 a.m. to closing.

Tutta Bella co-owners Joe Fugere and Matthew Kellogg say developer Paul Allen approached them with the desire for a neighborhood restaurant.

"It's hard to say no to a good offer. We tend to go into places that are underserved or undergoing regeneration," Fugere said. The duo plans to open a Woodinville location in 2008, a bigger space to cater to wine tourists and those wanting space for private parties.

Queen City Grill marks 20 years in Seattle with two special menus — a $20 prix fixe dinner available from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. nightly and 20 bottles of wine at $20 a bottle during this promotion. Dinner entrees range from Queen City Bouillabaisse, Risotto Primavera with seasonal local vegetables, Fresh Alaskan Halibut pan seared with a citrus puttanesca or Braised Beef Short Ribs with a Montepulciano demiglace. Fill your glass with choices such as a 2005 Bourgogne Rouge Patriarche Pere et Fils French pinot noir or a 2006 O'Reilly pinot gris from Oregon.

Rich Troiani joins Six Seven

Longtime Seattle restaurant manager Rich Troiani is taking the helm at The Edgewater hotel's Six Seven Restaurant & Lounge.

Troiani most recently opened San Diego's JSIX/JBAR. Locally, he served in management or partner roles at El Gaucho, Waterfront Seafood Grill, his namesake Troiani Italian Grill and Tulio Ristorante.

Washington Brewers Fest in Kenmore

Beer lovers, mark your calendars for a Father's Day weekend trip to Kenmore and the Washington Brewers Festival.

The self-proclaimed "Mother of All Father's Day Festivals" returns to St. Edwards State Park 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. June 16-17 after a contract dispute pushed it across the lake to Seattle Center. The all-ages event will feature 60 breweries with nearly 200 beers hailing from around the state and country with live music, food and crafts markets. Local brewers include Oroville's Alpine Brewing, Diamond Knot Brewing of Mukilteo and Tacoma's Harmon Pub & Brewery.

If you bring the kids, there will be a keg-toss contest, kids playground and root-beer garden with premium craft root beer and soda on tap from participating breweries. Admission ($20 at the door; $15 advance) includes a tasting cup and six beer tokens. Advance tickets are available online at www.brownpapertickets.com or check your favorite brew pub. Designated driver admission is $8 at the gate. Attendees younger than 21 are free but must be accompanied by a parent. Call 206-447-5649 or go to www.washingtonbeer.com for more information.
