Recipe: "Keep Your Heart Pumping" Hot Chocolate
Serves 2
1 cup vanilla soy milk
2 ounces dark chocolate (at least 70 percent cocoa), chopped
2 teaspoons sugar (optional)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pour the soy milk into a saucepan and place over medium heat. When hot and small bubbles appear around the sides of the pan, remove from heat. Whisk in chocolate until melted and smooth. Return to heat and whisk in sugar, if using, and cinnamon. Simmer, whisking, for another minute. Serve immediately.
