Makes about 2 cups

- Bakers parchment paper

- Nonstick cooking spray

- 2 tablespoons honey

- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

- 1 teaspoon molasses

- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

- Pinch kosher salt

- ½ pound pecan halves

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.

2. Combine honey, maple syrup, molasses, vanilla and salt in a large bowl. Add pecans and toss to combine well. Spread pecans in a single layer on a prepared baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes, stirring nuts with a wooden spoon halfway through cooking time.

3. Remove pecans from oven and pour into a bowl. Spread out on the second prepared baking sheet to cool.
