Inclined to leave the holiday cooking to someone else this year? Many supermarkets, restaurants, caterers and specialty-food shops offer help with fully cooked, ready-to-heat-and-eat holiday fare. Order the turkey, the trimmings or something special for the vegans at your table, but order soon as supplies are limited. Remember to allow sufficient time to reheat prepared food, and if you are picking up your order the day before, make sure your refrigerator has room for it all.
