Bicycle enthusiasts can celebrate with others of their kind at Cyclefest — a family-friendly outdoor festival at Warren G. Magnuson Park on Tuesday night. Festivities include exhibits of bike art and Tour de France posters, a drawing to win a new road bike, activities for the kids, a beer garden for the adults, food for everyone, plus races, a stunt performance and Cyclefest Outdoor Cinema featuring Stage 16 of the 2009 Tour de France (Martigny to Bourg-Saint-Maurice).
Events schedule
5 p.m.: Beer garden and food booths open
6-8 p.m.: Family treasure hunt
6:45-7 p.m.: Kids bicycle parade
7-9 p.m.: Bicycle sprint races
8-8:30 p.m.: Ryan Leech Show (mountain-bike stunts)
9 p.m.: Drawing for prizes
9:15-10:30 p.m.: Excerpts from this year's Tour de France on outdoor screen
