"Mental," 9 p.m. (Fox): After a famous professor (the late David Carradine) is left catatonic by a lighting strike that killed his wife, Jack (Chris Vance) tries to revive him by way of a risky treatment.
"Eco-Trip: The Real Cost of Living," 9 p.m. (Sundance): In this season finale, David de Rothschild visits the Pacific Northwest, where he reports on the aquaculture harvesting of salmon and examines some of the consequences, including potentially hazardous dyes and drugs in the fish and environmentally hazardous waste.
"The Real Housewives of New Jersey," 10 p.m. (Bravo): Dina, Caroline and Teresa head down the parkway to Atlantic City for the weekend, where Teresa finds herself considering breast implants.
"Rescue Me," 10 p.m. (FX): Tommy (Denis Leary) and Mike (Michael Lombardi) make up at the firehouse; Sheila (Callie Thorne) tries to get Tommy to control his drinking; Lou (John Scurti) has a flashback; and Sean (Steven Pasquale) finally opens up to his mother (Kathleen Chalfont).
"Beautiful People," 10:30 p.m. (Logo): Simon's mother (Olivia Colman) is convinced that someone will die after Simon (Luke Ward-Wilkinson) pulls a prank.
