Sex rehab for Duchovny

"Californication" and "X-Files" star David Duchovny, 48, has entered a rehabilitation facility for sex addiction. His lawyer, Stanton Stein, said he did so voluntarily. Duchovny plays a sex-obsessed character on Showtime's "Californication," which earned Emmy nominations for casting and cinematography. He has been married to actress Téa Leoni since 1997. They have two children.
Dalai Lama hospitalized
The Dalai Lama, 73, was admitted to a hospital in the Indian city of Bombay, also known as Mumbai, on Thursday to undergo tests for abdominal discomfort, spokesman Tenzin Takla said. "We don't know what the ailment is," Takla said. "Medical tests will begin on Friday."
Actress adds 2 to family
Actress Diane Farr, 38, best known for her roles in "Numb3rs" and "Rescue Me," gave birth to twin girls at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Wednesday. Farr and her husband, Seung Chung, also have a son, Beckett, 17 months.

Rapper pleads guilty
Rapper DMX, 37, has pleaded out a Miami drug case and awaits extradition to face more charges in Arizona. The rapper and actor pleaded guilty Wednesday to attempted marijuana and cocaine possession and was sentenced to time served. His lawyer said DMX, real name Earl Simmons, remained in custody.
Duff's dad jailed
A Houston judge has ordered the father of actress and singer Hilary Duff to spend 10 days in jail for contempt of court. Bob Duff was led away in handcuffs Wednesday after Judge Thomas Stansbury determined he violated an injunction against selling assets without court approval. Bob and Susan Duff are in the midst of a bitter divorce.

Boeing donates $1M
A campaign to build a national memorial to the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. reached a $100 million fundraising milestone Thursday with a gift from Boeing. Company officials presented the Martin Luther King Memorial Foundation with $1 million at the Democratic National Convention in Denver. The gift helped the foundation reach its original $100 million goal. Other recent donations include $3 million from Bill Gates and his wife, Melinda.
