Wednesday, March 15, 2006 - Page updated at 12:00 AM News director is leaving Q13 for a new beatQ13 (KCPQ) news director Bill Kaczaraba will leave the Seattle station next month for a job at a local management consulting firm. Kaczaraba will become senior vice president of Strategies 360, which offers consulting services in public policy, business and communications. "Yeah, it's different. I've been in news for 30 years, but it is along the lines of things I know very well," Kaczaraba said of his new position. "I think this is part of the information industry I haven't explored yet."
