DETROIT — Eminem told a radio show Tuesday that he is back together with his ex-wife and may remarry. Eminem went through an ugly divorce and custody battle over his young daughter with Kimberly Mathers. They married in 1999, and their divorce was finalized in 2001. "We have reconciled and are probably going to remarry," Eminem told Detroit radio station WKQI-FM. Elton's ceremony won't be too low-key LONDON — Elton John's commitment ceremony to partner David Furnish might not be the low-key ceremony the couple were hoping for. Official notification of their ceremony was displayed at Maidenhead Town Hall outside London, alongside the other impending weddings and partnerships. John and Furnish plan to hold the ceremony Dec. 21 at the same place where Prince Charles married Camilla Parker-Bowles: the Giuldhall in Windsor, west of London. The defendants, British publishing groups MGN Limited, publisher of The People, and Northern & Shell, publisher of Star and Hot Stars magazines, agreed to publish prominent apologies to the 31-year-old singer and to pay damages and legal costs. Nolte's drug use allowed as evidence SANTA MONICA, Calif. — A lawsuit by parents of a teenager who says she was raped during a party at Nick Nolte's home in 2003 can include evidence of previous drug and alcohol use by the actor and his son, a judge ruled Tuesday. Nolte's publicist has said the actor was not home during the party. But the lawsuit claims he was negligent, contending that the home had "a long history of furnishing drugs and/or alcohol to minors." Superior Court Judge Gerald Rosenberg said prior behavior is "certainly relevant" to the case. Don Ho recovering HONOLULU — Legendary crooner Don Ho was recovering Tuesday at a hospital in Thailand after undergoing an experimental stem cell procedure on his ailing heart. Ho, 75, known for his "Tiny Bubbles," underwent a new treatment that has not been approved in the United States. It involves multiplying stem cells taken from his blood and injecting them into his heart in hopes of strengthening the organ, according to Ed Brown, a close friend. After the treatment, Ho's vital signs were excellent, but he remained seriously ill and was in the hospital's intensive care unit, Brown said. ALSO: • Ken Watanabe, 46, who received an Oscar nomination for his role in "The Last Samurai," married Japanese film actress Kaho Minami, 41, according to a statement. • Valerie Bertinelli and her rocker husband, Eddie Van Halen, are divorcing after 24 years of marriage, Bertinelli's publicist confirmed Tuesday.
