R.E.M. has announced a two-night stint at Seattle's McCaw Hall. The concerts take place Nov. 19 and 20; tickets go on sale 9 a.m. Oct. 2 at Ticketmaster outlets. Prices are $39.50-$75. Green Day will appear Nov. 16 at the Everett Events Center on a bill with New Found Glory and Sugarcult. Tickets for the Green Day show go on sale 10 a.m. Oct. 2 at www.everetteventscenter.com, www.hob.com, the Everett Events Center box office or 1-866-EEC-TIXX. Tickets are $29.50.
