We asked readers: "Your best friend asks you how you liked the new "Matrix" movie. What's the first thing out of your mouth?" Here's a sample of the responses:

"1) We'll always have the first Matrix. 2) I think the dialogue was generated by computers."

— Tonnvane Wiswell
Seattle, WA

"While the sequels can never hope to achieve the awesome perfection of the original, Revolutions redeemed Reloaded for me. It is the yin to Reloaded's yang."

— Rachel Carroll
Seattle, WA

"Revolutions isn't much of a revolution. It does tie up many of the loose ends from Reloaded, but has flat performances and some way cheesy lines. Keanu perfects his ability to play himself and look dazed and confused. If there is one reason to see this movie it is the amazing characters and deliveries of Carrie-Ann Moss and Jada Pinkett Smith. Tough chicas who dominate every scene they are in."

"If you're lactose intolerant, better take a few Lactaid with you. The last 15 minutes will give you enough cheese that you'll likely go into anaphylactic shock. Other than the LACK of resolution in the poor ending, it was entertaining eye candy."

— Brad Shantz
Snohomish, WA

"I liked it. It was a lot of fun and they answered a lot of questions. I wasn't impressed with the second Matrix movie, so I wasn't sure what I would think about this one. They definitely pulled out all the stops and reinvigorated my enthusiasm for the Matrix."

— Kristin Terpstra
Bothell, WA

"A complete waste of time. While there was some effects worth watching, overall the movie was very flat. People in the audience were laughing at the picture - and not at jokes. I left feeling that I'd somehow been here before, only this déjà vu turned out to be of the Hollywood formula variety, not a cool effect."

— Richard Cowen
Seattle, WA

"Thank God it's over! What a disappointment. It started too slow with way too many 'Titanic' moments; but then when the action did finally start, it's like, 'Ok, we get the picture, there's a lot of sentinels!' And the fight scene at the end between Neo and Smith? Please! End it already! And speaking of the end, that's it? That's how this 'trilogy' ends? What a waste of two hours. Bring on LOTR III!"

— Brendon Wold
Puyallup, WA
