Rewind: Live chat with WSU athletic director Bill Moos
Bill Moos has enjoyed a long, successful career in college athletics and was thrilled to return to the Washington State campus in April and take over as the Cougars' athletics director.
Moos was a three-year letterman in football for WSU, co-captain on the Cougars' 1972 squad and garnered All-Pac-8 Conference First Team honors. From 1982-90, he served on the athletic dept. staff as development director and also nearly two years as associate director.
He later spent 12 years (1995-2007) as the athletic director of the University of Oregon and under his leadership took the program to new heights.
Moos talked about the Cougars' sports programs, the Martin Stadium renovation and much more in a live chat on June 15.
