Marshall Lobbestael, Washington State quarterback, was arrested early Sunday by a Pullman police officer and charged with being a minor showing signs of having consumed alcohol, according to the Spokane Spokesman-Review.
Lobbestael, rehabilitating from knee surgery, is expected to battle for the starting quarterback job in the fall.
A WSU spokesman said Lobbestael has been suspended from team activities pending an investigation by the football staff.
