Oregon hands Washington State 67-62 loss

PULLMAN — Amanda Johnson's 18 second-half points helped Oregon to a 67-62 victory over Washington State on Saturday night at Beasley Coliseum.

The Cougars (10-15, 4-9 Pac-12) led until Oregon (14-11, 6-7) claimed its first lead, 58-56, on a Johnson three-pointer from the top of the arc with 4:05 to play.

Washington State reclaimed the lead, 61-60, with 1:31 left on the clock on a Carly Noyes jumper, but another Johnson three-pointer gave the Ducks the lead for good, 63-61.

Johnson scored 23 points. Ariel Thomas scored 13 and Jasmin Holliday had 12 points and eight rebounds.

Noyes led Washington State with 12 points and nine rebounds. Rosetta Adzasu scored 11.

USC 76, at Cal 75 (OT)

Freshman reserve Ariya Crook scored all 11 points for USC in overtime to finish with a career-high 21. Crook was 8-of-12 shooting for the Trojans (13-11, 7-6). Briana Gilbreath scored 24. Gennifer Brandon had 22 points and 17 rebounds for California (18-7, 9-4).

At Utah 73, Arizona 67

The Utes (12-12, 5-8) went 11 of 14 from the line in the final minute to get past last-place Arizona (13-12, 2-11).

Utah's Michelle Plouffe had 22 points and 12 rebounds. Taryn Wicijowski scored 20.

Davellyn Whyte led Arizona with 22 points.

Arizona State 60, at Colorado 47

Arizona State (16-8, 7-6) forced 24 turnovers to down Colorado (16-8, 5-8).

Janae Fulcher led the Sun Devils with 16 points.

Chucky Jeffery led Colorado with 10 points.
