Cameron Dollar adds dad to SU coaching staff

The Associated Press
Cameron Dollar has hired his father to be one of his assistant coaches on the Seattle University men's basketball team.
The university announced Thursday that Donald Dollar will leave Georgia after 46 seasons of coaching, mainly at the high-school level, to join the Redhawks for his son's first season as a Division I head coach.
Donald Dollar's teams have won more than 660 games, among the most in Georgia boys high school basketball.
He has won three state championships and has 11 appearances in the state semifinals. The majority of his success came in 22 seasons at Douglass High School. He's been at the University of West Georgia for the last two seasons.
The younger Dollar, a top assistant at the University of Washington the past few seasons, says he is fortunate to have a father so accomplished as a coach.
