Starbucks' second non-Starbucks opens at 6 a.m. Wednesday on Capitol Hill

Workers are putting final touches on Roy Street Coffee & Tea, at 700 Broadway East. It will be the second of three non-Starbucks stores that the chain is opening in Seattle. The first, 15th Avenue Coffee & Tea, opened in July.
