Blog publishes Starbucks memo on Roy Street Coffee & Tea
Posted by Melissa Allison
The Capitol Hill Seattle Blog published a Starbucks internal memo today on the next Starbucks without a Starbucks name, to open at 700 Broadway East. (The same blog broke the news that that's the address earlier this month.)
It also interviewed Wylie Bush, who owns the beloved Joe Bar on Roy Street and co-owns the restaurant known as just The Corson Building, who said: "I have to give Starbucks some credit. The [sic] spurred coffee in Seattle to begin with. Now it's sad. It's so depressing."
(I'm headed out on assignment again shortly. Back Sept. 4.)
