Regina Glenn was named vice president of multicultural and small-business development for the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce.

Glenn owns Pacific Communications Consultants and is a member of the Northwest Minority Suppliers Development Council and the Tabor 100.

She will serve as the chamber's primary liaison to multicultural communities, ethnic chambers, and small and minority-business development organizations.

Advertising: Jennifer Tobias was hired as account director, and Tarah Finley as executive assistant at Copacino+Fujikado, Seattle.

Casinos: Samuel Askew was appointed hotel general manager and Linda Botts national sales manager at the Tulalip Resort Casino, Tulalip.

Environmental science: Gary Kollman was hired as senior environmental scientist and project manager and Michael McKay appointed industrial hygienist and field services supervisor at EHS International, Bellevue.

Law: John Ruhl, Bryan Graff and Gulliver Swenson were named members at Ryan Swanson & Cleveland in Seattle. Candice Carr joined Graham & Dunn, Seattle.

Ports: Jeff Bearman was appointed marina director at the Port of Everett. Risk management: Scott Stein was hired as managing director of Stroz Friedberg in Seattle.
