On the move: Alan Fulp named president of Bellevue Rotary Club

Alan Fulp, executive vice president and chief lending officer of Core Business Bank in Bellevue, was named president of Bellevue Rotary Club.

The service club has 205 members and raises an average of $400,000 a year to support local nonprofits and several international projects.

Fulp has also served as chairman of the Bellevue Downtown Association and as a board member of the Mercer Island Schools foundation.

Banking: Raymond Baer was named business banking area manager for Wells Fargo in Washington, Seattle.

Commercial real estate: Gary Danklefsen was named senior director of investment sales at Cushman & Wakefield — Commerce, Seattle.

Education services: Damon Lanphear was appointed vice president of engineering and technology at Livemocha, Seattle.

Hotels: Ross Lincoff was appointed food and beverage director at the Sorrento Hotel, Seattle.

Law: Jennifer Peet joined Foster Pepper, Seattle. David Crowe joined Rohde & Van Kampen, Seattle. Teresa Bryan joined Montgomery Scarp, Seattle.

Online information: Leigh McMillan was named vice president of marketing at Avvo, Seattle.

Organizations: Mitchell Maurer, with AXA Advisors in Bellevue, was elected president of the Estate Planning Council of Seattle.

Real estate: Erik Hand was appointed president of Windermere Mortgage Services, Seattle.

Technology: Keith Krach was named chief executive at DocuSign. Kaiser Yang was named senior vice president and managing director of ePrize's new office in Bellevue. John O'Rourke was named chief marketing officer at Motricity. Tom Neary joined Kirkland's Pendrell (formerly ICO Global Communications) as the chief financial officer.

Youth services: Vicki Wagner was named executive director of the Youth Suicide Prevention Program.
