Commercial real estate: Dave Schumacher was named senior vice president at Colliers International.
Engineering: Tom Marseille was named managing director of the Seattle office of WSP Flack + Kurtz.
Health care: Dr. Alex Cooper joined The Polyclinic.
Housing: Terry McLlarky was appointed to serve as a King County Housing Authority commissioner.
Law: Lori Rath joined Lasher Holzapfel Sperry & Ebberson. Devin McComb, Corinna McMackin, Christina Asavareungchai and Alex Oh joined Stoel Rives.
Investments: John Bender was named senior vice president and executive managing director of the financial-services group at E.K. Riley Investments.
Transportation: H. Kevin Mest joined Shuttle Smart as vice president of business development.
Other: Marie Mentor was appointed family president at Laird Norton. Gayle Bray was named sales vice president at Pacific Market International (PMI).
Eastside
Technology: Chris Pick was appointed chief marketing officer at Apptio, Bellevue.
