After more than 50 years in Seattle, The Benaroya Co. is moving its headquarters to Bellevue.
The homegrown real-estate development and management firm said Tuesday it is moving into one of its own buildings, the Benaroya I-90 Center South in the Factoria area.
For the past seven years the company operated out of Metropolitan Park West in Seattle's Denny Triangle. Benaroya sold that office complex in 2005.
The company, established in 1956, owns more than a dozen office, retail, high-tech and industrial properties in the Greater Seattle area and Yakima.
