Vulcan Real Estate says it has finished the second phase of Amazon.com's headquarters complex in Seattle's South Lake Union and Amazon employees have moved in.

The five-story, 158,000-square-foot building is on the east side of Boren Avenue North between Republican and Mercer streets.

The Amazon complex's first phase — three new buildings and a remodeled historic warehouse — opened in April. Two more phases are scheduled for completion next, and the final phase is slated to begin construction next year.

Altogether, Amazon has signed long-term leases for more than 1.8 million square feet of Vulcan-owned space.
