Puget Sound Energy's board named Kimberly Harris, 46, president of the utility. The Bellevue company said in a statement that it anticipates that Harris will assume the additional role of CEO when current CEO Steve Reynolds retires in 2011. Harris joined Puget Sound Energy in 1999 and most recently was executive vice president and chief resource officer.
