Developer Martin Selig plans no changes in his proposed 14-story luxury apartment building next door to the Seattle Art Museum's Olympic Sculpture Park.

City planners approved the tower last year over the objections of some neighbors who said it was out of scale with the neighborhood and would ruin views from the park. A city hearing examiner overturned the permit earlier this year — but only because she said city officials had not provided some nearby condo owners with required legal notice.

The city begins the review process again Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, when the downtown Design Review Board — which approved the same building last year — considers it again.
