Horizon Air and the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA said the airline's flight attendants have ratified a new two-year contract covering 584 employees.
Flight attendants will get at least a 3 percent pay increase over the life of the contract, and will now participate in the same performance-based incentive plan as the airline's dispatch and management employees, said Horizon, a unit of Alaska Air Group.
