Allegheny Power invests $156M in W.Va. projects
Allegheny Power says it has invested $156 million in infrastructure improvements and other projects in West Virginia over the past two years.

Allegheny Power says it has invested $156 million in infrastructure improvements and other projects in West Virginia over the past two years.
The projects include $71 million to install new service or expand existing service and $51 million for transmission line and substation projects.
Allegheny Power said Monday it spent another $10 million to replace underground cable and other distribution equipment.
Allegheny Power is a subsidiary of Greensburg, Pa.-based Allegheny Inc., which has more than 500,000 customers in West Virginia.
