Banking: Kevin McCandlish was appointed wealth adviser. Larry Kinner and Jeff Parker were appointed senior portfolio managers at Harris Private Bank.
Conference centers: Gregory Roper was appointed associate director of sales and Kelly Saling was promoted to senior sales manager at Bell Harbor International Conference Center.
Insurance: Jeffrey Miller was appointed chief operating officer of Total HealthCare Management, a subsidiary of SeaBright Insurance Holdings.
Marketing: Rob Alley and Shannon Burley were appointed senior marketing managers at Bensussen Deutsch & Associates.
Youth services: Dawn Rains was hired as director of development and marketing at Treehouse for Kids, an agency that helps children in foster care.
Eastside
Real-estate investment: Kurt Springman was named president at Sherron Associates, Bellevue.
