Accounting: Rick Askew and Rick Giolitti were named partners at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Banking: Jo Anne Seel joined First Sound Bank as vice president and relationship manager.
Consulting: Bill Robinson was appointed manager of Epiphany Learning Strategies.
Estate planning: Donald Kurth of Hagen Kurth Perman was elected president of the Estate Planning Council of Seattle.
Health care: Dr. Dewayne Bradley joined the otolaryngology department at The Polyclinic.
Law: Brian Buckley joined Fenwick & West. Brian Keeley, of Bullivant Houser Bailey, was appointed to the King County Civil Service Commission.
Manufacturing: Bridget Brewer was promoted to president of NIC Global.
Marketing: Xavier Jiménez was named a principal at Spring Creek Group.
Senior communities: Randi Wooden was named executive director of GenCare Lifestyle at Remington Place.

Aerospace: Brad Lawrence was appointed president and chief operating officer at Esterline, Bellevue.
