Developer Othello Partners announced this week it will break ground early next month on the Station at Othello Park, a 352-unit apartment complex with 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space on Martin Luther King Jr. Way South.

The project, steps from Sound Transit's Othello light rail station, will be the first new private-sector mixed-use development built on the rail line, which opens July 18.
