Vulcan buys another South Lake Union parcel
Vulcan Real Estate, which already owns more than 60 acres in Seattle's South Lake Union area, has bought another property there.
Vulcan Real Estate, which already owns more than 60 acres in Seattle's South Lake Union area, has bought another property there.
It purchased a 0.22-acre parcel at 515 Westlake Ave. N. for $3.75 million, according to county records. An 88-year-old warehouse now occupies the site.
Vulcan already owns most of the remainder of that block. A company representative said the acquisition makes for a better development site, but Vulcan has no plans for the property now.
