Aerospace: Dominic Chow was appointed director of custom power solutions at Crane Aerospace & Electronics, Lynnwood.
Consulting: Jon Thomsen was named president at Ecos.
Health care: Dr. Robert Herr was appointed a medical director at Regence BlueShield.
Law: Marta Lowe joined Summit Law Group.
Marketing: Steve Rudasics and Carole Hurst were named co-creative directors, Jenna Wilkes interactive media manager, Larry White senior designer and Beth Engel account director at DNA.
Software: Wayne Woolston was appointed managing director at Nintex.
Eastside
Telecommunications: Stephen Wu was appointed vice president of sales and business development at GotVoice, Kirkland.
