| COMMENT: Results for the Tacoma-based bank reflect the acquisition in July of Mountain Bank Holding and Town Center Bancorp. The corresponding increase in outstanding shares helped pull down return on average equity, to 12.2 percent from 13.9 percent in the third quarter of 2006. Nonperforming assets more than doubled, to $10.4 million, but still represented just 0.33 percent of total assets. | |||
