Seattle area Architecture: Theresa Daniel was hired as a structural engineer and Dean Giles and Craig Heupel as project architects at Integrus Architecture. Banking/investment: Carol Smith was named vice president and commercial loan officer at Valley Bank, Auburn. Cory Custer was named senior vice president, director of managed assets and Dave Pollock was named Seattle branch manager at D.A. Davidson & Co. Broadcasting: Della Pizzati was named director of sales for the Eastlake group at Entercom Seattle. Cruise ships: Ronald Sorozan was named vice president, information services, at Holland America Line. Engineering: Ellen Southard was named to lead the new Seattle operations of Belt Collins. Health care: Dr. Alex Sytman was elected to the Medic One Foundation board of directors. Hotels: Keri Robinson was named general manager of Sheraton Seattle Hotel. Law: Sharon Erickson of Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt was appointed director of education for the Puget Sound Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators. Amy Tucker joined Perkins Coie as an associate. John Farrell joined Townsend and Townsend and Crew as an associate. Maritime: Susan Hayman was named vice president for health, safety and environment, Dave Hill was appointed vice president of sales and marketing and Toby Holmes was promoted to director of marketing at Foss Maritime.
Technology: Frank Fulton was appointed vice president of operations and Scot French to vice president of marketing at Klir Technologies. Eastside Banking: George Brace was named senior vice president and business-development officer at First Mutual Bank, Bellevue. James Beckman was hired as vice president, commercial lending, Valorie Coyle as personal banker/marketing assistant, Todd Miller as senior credit analyst, Michelle Goerdel as assistant vice president of commercial lending and Reid Wiggins was promoted to commercial loan officer at Eastside Commercial Bank, Bellevue. Outsourcing: Carol Leick was named director of marketing at vCustomer, Kirkland. Wineries: Sarah Klapstein was appointed events director at Novelty Hill and Januik Wineries.
