Biotechnology: Mike Dwyer was named senior vice president of marketing and sales at ZymoGenetics. Engineering: Tom Hudgings was named an associate at KPFF Consulting Engineers. Randy Norberg was hired as engineering-project manager, Paj Hwang as project engineer, Phil Turner as survey-project manager and Andy Shepherd as land planner at ESM Consulting Engineers, Federal Way. Julie Sentkowski was named marketing coordinator at Perteet, Everett. Executive services: Mike Anderson was hired as a business-development leader at Tatum. Health care: Dr. Benjamin Wilfond was named director of the Treuman Katz Center for Pediatrics Bioethics at Children's Hospital & Regional Medical Center and chief of the Division of Pediatric Bioethics in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Washington. Law: Geniel Ashcraft was hired as an associate at Betts, Patterson & Mines. Food: Camilla Bishop was named director of development at Food Lifeline. Dale Henley was named president of the Western Association of Food Chains. Paper products: Tom Groves was appointed president of West Coast Paper. Real estate: Joshua Devenyns was hired as senior project manager, Greg Millerd as an associate and Christa Burton as a client coordinator at Cushman & Wakefield of Washington.
