Off-air careers in broadcasting include accounting, sales management, marketing, writers, and a variety of production positions. Community colleges offer free weekly sessions to help the unemployed, the formerly self-employed and displaced homemakers. Participants can receive free books and tuition for retraining. The locations and times:
