Seattle area Banking: Jane Rodriguez was promoted to assistant vice president and loan-servicing manager, Pamila Hoagland to vice president and product-development officer, and Debra Clark to assistant vice president and operations manager at Regal Financial Bank. Jerry Adona was named assistant vice president and business banking officer at American Marine Bank. Biotechnology: N. Eric Olson was promoted to vice president and chief scientific officer, David Audley to vice president of sales, Jeff Kozlowski to director of GeneSifter development and Anna Boone to Eastern-region sales manager at VizX Labs. Also, Monika Kovacs was hired as the company's Western-region sales manager. Commercial real estate: Patricia Parsons was named board president of CREW Seattle, the regional chapter of the national organization of Commercial Real Estate Women. Consulting: Jeff Lyon was named chairman and will remain chief executive officer at GVA Kidder Mathews, and Gordon Buchan was named the firm's president and chief operating officer. Nonprofits: Scott Jackson was named vice president for external relations at PATH, the Program for Appropriate Technology in Health. Law: Douglas Greenswag and Gregory Wesner joined Preston Gates & Ellis as partners. Douglas Mooney joined Littler Mendelson as office managing shareholder. Retail: Lisa Goodman was appointed marketing director and Julie Trott to the marketing team at The Seattle Gift Center. Restaurants: Paul Curhan was named vice president of marketing and advertising at Taco Del Mar. Science: Joe Barnes was named vice president of marketing at the Pacific Science Center.
Banking: Erik Houser was hired as vice president of commercial lending, Frank Smith as senior vice president and chief financial officer, Lisa Richardson as a loan support specialist and Reid Wiggins as a senior credit analyst at Eastside Commercial Bank, Bellevue. Engineering: Matt Hough was named president of CPH Consultants, Kirkland. Magazines: John Stubb was named publisher of Apartment Finder Magazine, Bellevue.
